During the week from July 1st to 7th, we prefer orders with advance payment for more than 3 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHANGES
Reservations must be changed or canceled in writing by email (8 AM – 6 PM). We do not accept changes after 3 PM on the day before the event.
- Cancellation more than 2 days before the event: 0% of the price.
- Cancellation (prepaid) 2 days or less before the event: 100% of the price.
- Premature termination of the trip: 100% of the price.
- Reduction of the order price: fee from the price difference.
Failure to send payment does not automatically cancel the reservation.
Payment Methods
Advance Payment: Due within 12 days. Discount for payments min. 3 days in advance. Free cancellation possible up to 2 days before departure.
Payment on Site: Higher price, but no cancellation fee if not picked up.

The rental shop is not responsible for weather and water levels. In case of drought/floods, we reserve the right to offer a different section or date. Navigability limits are governed by www.vodackanavigace.cz.
Refund: We return it automatically after the order is completed, no later than within 14 days.
- First minute: 25% (payment by Dec 31st), 15% (payment by Apr 10th).
- Loyalty discount: 3–6% (for web orders with history).
- Volume discount:
- 10% over 15,000 CZK
- 12% over 25,000 CZK
- Schools and clubs: 25% (ID No. required, cannot be combined).
Discounts stack up to a max. of 25%. Calculated only from the material price.
Equipment Insurance
You pay nothing extra with us. The boat price includes insurance against accidental damage. In case of an accident, you only pay the deductible.
- Loss or theft.
- Intentional damage (vandalism, cuts).
- Bursting due to heat/sun (pressure must be released!).
- Dangerous weirs and negligence.

Price: 10% of the rental fee. Recommended for a peaceful sleep at the campsite. The condition is securing with a cable and lock and a police report.

- By signing the agreement, the lessee takes over the equipment specified in the agreement into temporary lease.
- Payment of the rent is made upon signing the agreement (unless paid in advance).
- The lessee is obliged to use the equipment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
- The equipment under the agreement is intended for water tourism. It must be protected from heat/sun damage (inflatable boats must be deflated!).
- Equipment must be returned clean, complete, and undamaged.
- Any damage caused by negligence shall be paid by the lessee in full.
- In case of theft, a police report is required.
- In case of failure to return the equipment, the lessee is obliged to pay its acquisition value.
- Late return penalty: 300 CZK for each started hour or double the daily rate.
- Difficulty: Plastic canoe up to WW1, Pálava up to WW2, Baraka/Raft/Kayak up to WW3.
- Order at least 3 days in advance. Price min. 600 CZK.
- Luggage must be packed so that it can be handled.
- If a trailer is provided, lessees load the luggage themselves and lock the trailer.
- Compensation for loss/damage max. 200 CZK/piece.
- Late pickup penalty 300 CZK/hour.
Common Provisions: The lessee uses the equipment at their own risk. The rental shop does not guarantee the watertightness of barrels. By signing the agreement, you agree to the taking of photo documentation and the processing of personal data (GDPR).
We send commercial communications (boating news) twice a year by email.
