We send our "Paddler's News" (Vodácké noviny) to your email approximately once a month with information about current paddling events and services for paddlers.

1. Personal Data

Personal data is the data you voluntarily provide to us when filling out an order or contact form. Personal data means any information that identifies or can identify a specific person.

4. Duration of Personal Data Retention

Personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the contract and secure claims arising from it. In the case of processing based on a service order, the data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or otherwise indicate to us that you no longer wish for such processing of your data. Personal data is processed both manually and automatically. We declare that we do not perform any automated decision-making without human assessment.

After submitting a completed form, we will send you an automated email with a generated username and password for the client system where you can manage your personal data. Regarding this data, we assume that it is also in your interest to keep it up to date. We retain this data until you cancel your account via the contact connections listed above in this document.

For the purpose of fulfilling legislative requirements, we process personal, contact, and identification data, as well as order data. We process data for accounting and tax administration purposes (billing address) for a period of 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the taxable supply took place.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

To ensure IT services and specialized services such as accounting services, we use other entities. These suppliers process data only within the scope of our instructions and may not use it otherwise. They are in the position of personal data processors. We have concluded a personal data processing agreement with all entities, which sets strict obligations for the protection and security of personal data.
