We are glad that you are using our services at ohre.dronte.cz. When ordering boats or signing up for a paddling course, you provide your personal and other identification data. According to legal regulations, in particular the current General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (hereinafter also referred to as the "Regulation"), this and other data is referred to as personal data. We are obliged to protect your personal data and handle it only under the conditions allowed by legal regulations.

We send our "Paddler's News" (Vodácké noviny) to your email approximately once a month with information about current paddling events and services for paddlers.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by emailing ohre@dronte.cz

 

You can ask us to delete or provide an extract of your personal data from our database at any time.

1. Personal Data

Personal data is the data you voluntarily provide to us when filling out an order or contact form. Personal data means any information that identifies or can identify a specific person.

Other personal data that we obtain automatically in connection with the use of the website is information obtained through cookies, the existence of which we informed you about upon your entry to the website.

We process some personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, and their processing is necessary.

It is always clear from commercial communications that the sender of the email is Dronte s.r.o.

Even in cases where an inquiry has been made, we may use personal data to send commercial communications based on legitimate interests until you raise an objection or express disagreement with receiving them via the link included in such commercial communication. It will never happen that we continue to send you commercial communications despite your disagreement.

4. Duration of Personal Data Retention

Personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the contract and secure claims arising from it. In the case of processing based on a service order, the data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or otherwise indicate to us that you no longer wish for such processing of your data. Personal data is processed both manually and automatically. We declare that we do not perform any automated decision-making without human assessment.

After submitting a completed form, we will send you an automated email with a generated username and password for the client system where you can manage your personal data. Regarding this data, we assume that it is also in your interest to keep it up to date. We retain this data until you cancel your account via the contact connections listed above in this document.

For the purpose of fulfilling legislative requirements, we process personal, contact, and identification data, as well as order data. We process data for accounting and tax administration purposes (billing address) for a period of 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the taxable supply took place.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

To ensure IT services and specialized services such as accounting services, we use other entities. These suppliers process data only within the scope of our instructions and may not use it otherwise. They are in the position of personal data processors. We have concluded a personal data processing agreement with all entities, which sets strict obligations for the protection and security of personal data.

6. Method of Personal Data Processing and Protection

To secure personal data, we have adopted the following measures in particular:

We are obliged to report any breach of personal data security or data leak to the Office for Personal Data Protection and, depending on the level of risk, also to the customers concerned by the leak. This procedure is not necessary if the security breach does not entail a risk of a personal data leak.

7. Information on the Rights of the Data Subject in Connection with Personal Data Processing

As a data subject, in the event that you are an identified or identifiable natural person for us, you have the following rights:

You may make the withdrawal in writing to the company's delivery address listed in point 1 of this document or by telephone to the contact also listed in point 1 of this document, always by an express, intelligible, and definite manifestation of will.

Processing of data from cookies can be prevented by setting your web browser.

The data subject has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. Cookies

A cookie is a short text file that a visited website sends to the browser. It allows the website to record information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings. Thanks to this information, we can adapt the site so that you can use it as efficiently as possible. Cookie files are important. Without them, the use of online printing orders would not be fully functional.
